Follow the steps below to add the account. 1. Choose TD Direct Investing in Wealthfolio Connect and open SnapTrade's secure connection window. 2. Review the terms and check that the browser is on SnapTrade's website. 3. Enter your TD Direct Investing sign-in details there and complete any verification requested. 4. Finish the connection, return to Wealthfolio, and review the accounts and recent activity. It cannot place trades or move money. ### Your sign-in SnapTrade encrypts the TD Direct Investing sign-in details it stores to keep the connection working. Wealthfolio never receives or stores them. ### Your Wealthfolio data Supported account data is passed to Wealthfolio on your device. Wealthfolio does not persistently store your holdings, balances, or activities on its servers. ## Good to know about this connection - TD Direct Investing provides the last 90 days of transactions through this connection. You can track the account with Holding Snapshots or add older activities manually or by CSV when you need a longer transaction history. - TD may mark an empty, unused account as closed. Accounts with that status can be excluded from the connection. - The activity feed covers buys, sells, and dividends. Other cash movements may need to be added manually or by CSV. If activity history is limited, you can still use Wealthfolio's [Holding Snapshots mode](https://wealthfolio.app/docs/concepts/tracking-modes/) to follow positions, cash, allocation, and net worth. Empty, unused accounts may be marked as closed by TD and excluded from the connection. ### How do I include older TD activity? The connection provides up to 90 days. Import older activity or enter it manually; original trade confirmations may help reconstruct older purchases. Holding Snapshots is another way to track the account without a complete transaction ledger. ### Why might TD ask me to sign in again? SnapTrade lists an expected connection duration measured in days.
